Busy Excitement.

I have three message boards I follow pretty regularly. (Sometimes probably too much lol) And each is having some scrap fun this month.

First at http://www.personalscrapper.com They are doing a Scrap it Forward challenge. Per the message board here is the rules.

"I've got a new crop game for the month of July! Here is how it will work...
A Challenge is posted.
You follow the Challenge.
Post your completed layout from the Challenge & post a new Challenge.
Then our fabulous members complete your Challenge.Now. I understand that there could be potential "overlap" of posting challenges so basically, the first one to post their layout & challenge in the thread is the one we follow.Let me try and post an example if its still not making sense...A Sketch Challenge is posted. Carrie complete's the sketch challenge and posts her layout from the challenge along with a ribbon challenge. The next challenge we "race" to do is Carrie's ribbon challenge.I will try to keep an ongoing list of the challenges we are working on. Even if you don't want to race to post your challenge, you will have a fun list of inspiration and layouts!"

The first one was a family tradition and someone has already completed that one and posted another which is to make a handmade frame with say buttons or brads etc.

In theory there could be three or four challenges a day which is pretty cool. And it makes me feel a sense of competition which is weird for me. :D

THe next is a Crop July 17-19 at http://www.lifepreserversclub.com/ which this will be the first I will be able to join. I had the Slice contest which took precedence before. Here is the snippet about it from the blog.

"Don't forget to set aside some scrappy time in July to join us for the LPS Summer crop! The DT is working hard behind the scenes to bring another awesome crop to you! The fun starts at 6:00 pm on the 17th and runs all through the weekend until 5:00 pm on the 19th. We'll be celebrating LPS'7th Birthday as well during this crop so there will be lots of fun prizes-be sure not to miss out!"

Lastly but not leastly I am way excited about my newest Kit club contest at http://www.scrapbookdeals4u.com/ They are doing a 10 week scrap camp.

"Who is ready to sing some camp songs, sit by the campfire, canoe in the lake, and, best of all, EARN SOME BADGES???? I hope you brought your bug spray. I heard they are bad this year! Now before we send you off to your cabins, lets go over the details of this camp. This is a two month long (10 week) camp. You will be earning at least one badge per week for every challenge you complete. As well as earning badges, you will earn points for your projects and tasks. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner for each challenge voted on by you, the campers and your camp counselors, the DT. I will be keeping track of points for you. At the end of the 10 weeks will will have a GRAND CHAMPION CAMPER!SoWho is excited for SUMMER CAMP?!?!?!?!Alright, alright, settle down. Before you get your first challenge (on Wednesday), you have a mini challenge."

The first badge was earned by posting 20 times in the message board or gallery. I have this one completed. YAY! THe first official challenge was posted and it so make a layout using Red White and Blue. I have something in mind I just need to find the papers that will work. I am really feeling a white space layout. I am uber excited so stay tuned.!! lol
